The 8W block has 8 Wings in that meet in the center. Tiara has loops with Cobblestone in the center and buttonholes around each of them. They are surrounded with swirls. Look for the rest of the Tiara Set. If you are using the 8W block as your setting block then you will want to use the Double around all of the edges for your setting triangles and will need the Single in the outside corners of your quilt.
