Jess Zeigler of Threaded Quilting Studio, LLC, started the Longarm League in 2019 as a way to connect and share information with longarm quilters. In particular, the League attracted those who enjoy modern, computerized quilting while providing quilting services to others. The Longarm League has expanded to offer a class called Rookie Season for quilters going into business for the first time. The Longarm League also offers an ongoing membership that includes new weekly content for business owners who would like to refine their skills, get business and marketing ideas and encouragement, grow their audiences using social media, appear in a searchable business directory for "piecers" to find them, access discounts to other digital designs from other modern designers, connect in a private community with other quilting business owners from across the US and Canada, and much more!
